Am I Old? That all depends on how old YOU are………..
Something short and fun today. I ran a cross an article on aging in America and how we feel about it. (I know I feel it every morning). AARP did a study *of 1,800 Americans ages 40-90, to get their opinions about aging. Here are the questions. Write down your answers and I’ll share the studies answers with you tomorrow.

Problems with my physical health do not keep me from doing what I want
Growing older has been easier than I thought it would be
I have more energy now than I expected for my age
- As people age they deserve more respect from others . Agree or disagree?
- It’s OK to make jokes about people who are old. Agree or disagree?
- I feel respected when younger person offers help.
- There are many pleasant things about growing older. True or false
- I believe I have made a difference. True or False
- Old age is a time of loneliness. True or false
